We cater to a variety of ideas ranging from backyard BBQ to exquisite fine dining. We cook at your choice of location; we drop food off and set-up, or cook on location. We also can accommodate to other arrangements if needed. This is a small business that contributes 110% to the customer’s opinions and ideas to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Cocktail/ Hors d’oeuvre party: This style event is done two ways. First, we can come and set up for the event and leave hors d’ oeuvre on platters for you to serve yourself, or we can hire servers to pass hors d’ oeuvres for your guests.

Buffets: Buffets are done two different ways. The first way is to set-up tables and food for you event then leave. The second way is to have us come in and maintain buffet until your event is over. With either choice we clean and break down equipment when buffet is finished. Click for menu
